MISSION STATEMENT

The Mountain View-Los Altos Adult School is committed to serving a community of life long learners who will gain the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to combine personal achievement with meaningful contributions to our diverse communities and workforce.

Expected Schoolwide Learning Results (ESLRs)

Students will:

• be able to set goals and progress toward them;
• achieve measurable increase in knowledge, skills and proficiency in their subject area;
• apply knowledge and skills to work, family and the community;
• demonstrate the ability to interact effectively in a diverse community.

Our instructors, students, support staff, and community members have worked hard to develop the mission statement, goals and ESLRs above. We welcome your comments.
